“In the summer I love to do photoshoots outside in nature. By the water or with greenery. One of the shoots we did was on a public lakefront. We walked out onto a terrace, and it looked like some people were gathering for a family putlock. They welcomed us to come join and we learned that it was actually just a community event for people in the area to meet others. They were very welcoming, gave us snacks and sparked up conversation. They asked what we were doing so we said “oh we’re just here taking pictures for this brand” and showed them the shirt my model was wearing. They were mildly intrigued, but liked the shirt. After a minute or two the ladies we were talking to dispersed to say hi to others. But one older lady stayed and continued to engage in conversation with me. We got to talking about the gospel and the hope that’s only found in Jesus. She had a open mind but a flawed idea of God. As I was sharing the gospel with her, my friend who was taking pictures on this shoot, was chatting with a younger girl who came with her brother. And in the corner of my ear I was hearing her clearly layout the gospel as well. With so much grace but complete honesty. We were there for maybe half an hour talking to these ladies. It was such a beautiful opportunity and truly they were so kind.”
